But you guys have to remember! Because Shanks bravery that Ace and Whitebeard had a good place to rest because of him. Why shanks would help his enemy at the first place? Because shanks doesnt see whitebeard as enemy shanks saw people on the way they live their life, we saw that whitebeard was actually a good person, he once helped the fishman island before when the pirates are invading it he gave those people who was been abandoned a home like who knows how great of a pirate was whitebeard is, some of whitebeard territories perhaps was once owned by celestial dragons or evil pirates territories and whitebeard help this people from the good of his heart he made this place his territories not to conquer it but to protect it, like if they go to this place they will make whitebeard their enemies.
Shanks doesnt want the world goverment to disrespect whitebeard like that, if shanks probably made it he couldve stop the upcoming war if it wasnt for kaido.
