So will Oda introduce lvl 6 prisoners in the manga that escaped from Impel Down and didn't join the BB pirates,so far he only used two of them for movies(Bullet and Byrnndi World) .Those lvl6 guys should be powerful fighters given that impressive people were/are locked there(Dofla,Shiki.Ace,Jinbei,Croc,Shiryuu,C.Devon,Vasco Shot,San Juan Wolf,Avalo Pizzaro).Senogku said even a single Level Six prisoner lurking in a remote country could be an incredible danger to the public.

I remember this two guys: Dobby Ibadonbo(looks like a more gangster version of Daz Bones) and some sad looking psychotic dude.

Oda reminded us of them once again in Dressrosa. Jean Ango specifically says this (ignore the highlighted part lmao). Apparently he found out their location (this is separate from the Blackbeard Pirates), but it has since not been elaborated on.



People know of Blackbeards crew, thats public. They covered up others.

There are 5 main groups I'm super curious if Oda will fully address:

- These Level 6 Prisoners
- The Underworld Brokers beyond Doflamingo (we see a ton of unique designs at Punk Hazard). The Underworld emperors too.
- CP-0; will they reveal themselves and have more to do?
- Vegapunk's Marine Science Division (all we know of is Sentoumaru currently)
- Rocks Pirates (beyond Wano, will we know more about the pirate group; will they be a further issue towards the conclusion?)

Part of me is thinking the Level 6 inmates that escaped are tied to Rocks in some way, or they will compete with Blackbeard or the Marines for whatever they are fighting over currently (Pluton?)

Nah Oda keeps mentioning them in the main manga. They will show up eventually or become relevant.

I'm not sure what purpose in the story they'd hold. The Yonko had a chance to recruit them, but unless any pop up with Kaido, it's very unlikely they'll appear in this Saga. We know they're not with Teach, they won't help the World Gov. for obvious reasons.

Maybe Elbaf, we'll see an imprisoned crew member from Dorry and Brogy's ship? Maybe Enel will recruit some? I don't know where they could end up at.

Well they are but I'm not hyped for every of them.

They aren't all supposed to be yonko level or above.

I bet they are still all pretty stronk. Stronker than the pre ts BB Pirates, who were supposed to be the weakest in there.

Fuck it,let them join the SNs when they become big enough.Those crew need some powerful guys,given that the SHs are so far ahead of them.

most strongests supposedly sided with Teach judging by how Teach made them fight each other....Bullet wasnt part of Roger pirates that Oda had drawn in Volume 96 SBS, he is as good as filler character it seems and then there is Burndi World 100% filler guy.... the only one which could possibly have some affect in story with good enough strength to back him up other than BBP is Weevil who very likely was one of the guys who escaped lvl6

I have a general theory and it possibly explains why nearly ALL of the worlds Marine forces seem to be so busy right now: Its Pluton.

If Pluton's location got leaked at the Reverie, why would Blackbeard and the Marines be the ONLY 2 groups fighting over it? Surely Underworld Brokers, CP-0, Level 6 Escapees and more may try to go for something like this and fight over it.

That is possibly where all these groups serve the story: The Final War. There will be many sides and many different groups and subgroups with their own goals. Will Oda elaborate on all of this and make the final war 200-300 Chapters lol? Up to the big man, but I'm starting to think thats where all of these groups lead and why Oda slowly has been introducing:


CP-0: To serve as a main foil/obstacle for the Revolutionaries. You have at least 7 Revolutionary Commanders. Maybe Sabo and Dragon have to fight their #1 and #2.

Underworld Brokers/Emperors: To show that the world in One Piece a lot more complicated than Pirates and Marines. There are entities that won't sit still while the World is in shambles over this.

Rocks: May be an even greater plot/threat after Wano, serving another layer of conflict with the Final War. I don't even want to think if Kaido/BM survive Wano though lol.

Vegapunk and his Weapons: A clear setup for the Final War/Future.


The level 6 prisoners could just be another group in this huge mess eventually. Maybe they formed their own pirate crew or coalition?Maybe they are brokers now? Maybe they are at Kaido's mansion and currently aligned with Kaido/Big Mom's new Rocks supergroup (no pun intended)?

I think there is a LOT at play here Post-Wano, and we'll get massive info dumps pretty soon on everything as we get closer to this arc's conclusion (Between Act 3/4, Act 4/5, and after Wano altogether). The next 2 years or so are gonna be pretty crucial to understanding where this manga is heading.

Nah looks like a deformed Wyper.

They may say Catarina is strongest female pirate but I don't believe it, there could be other female prisoners from lvl 6

I guess one or some of them could appear in the Vegapunk Arc (those guys must be drooling at the idea of getting their hands on his technology) or Erbaf. Especially the latter if Big Mom is defeated on Wano. The Straw Hats are basicallt alreayd loved by the giants there, with Oimo and Karsee and possibly Broggy and Dorry as allies, plus Hajrudin's crew. They'll need a foe there !

the level 6 escapees were the ones who got their ass beat by the current blackbeard commanders. So I doubt they are too strong.

I think they'll probably join the supernova crews. Eustass Kidd has portrayal to be the Shiki of the worstgen yet his crew is lacking massively in comparison to Luffy's. I think by EoS, he'll have a pretty decent crew with at least a few top YC-level fighters.
