General & Others Imu’s name analyzed

From his name we can tell that he is male or at least that Nerona Imu from the void century was male considering he is referred to with the honorific 聖(Sei) and not 宮 (Gū) which has been used for other female Celestial Dragons like Saint Shalria, Charles’ sister. So unless Imu is different from the Nerona Imu of the void century Imu is definitely male.

The other interesting thing about his name is that the characters イム (Imu) put together become 仏, which means Buddha. Similarly the three katakana characters ネロナ (Nerona) put together becomes the word 神 kami, which means God.

Her design is similar to the chess piece. Specially with humanized versions of the piece that are popular in cinema.
From the evil queen of snow white and seven dwarfs, to the white and red queen of Alice in wonderland (using disney as examples), this crown design is more linked to queens than kings.

Probably because you view them as being feminine. Imu's silhouette is completely ambiguous so it's hard to tell weather it's masculine or feminine.

To me imu's design seems to be based off of king Baldwin the 4th but that's just my opinion

its a simple "i" (a)"m" (yo)"u"
God in asian myth usually have different personality and form, while nika take a good and joy aspect, imu take the bad aspect.

Likely the Imu male spirit is possessing/controlling someone's female body (Lili?). All about Imu himself is male, he just happened to find "housing" in a woman for reasons maybe linked to the posession method itself (i.e. it worked best with a certain lineage and Lili was the only live and healthy person with it).
