Time for crazy theories.
Many of us have noted that Imu is most likely a woman, although she may be a young boy, however, her passion for gardens and a far from rational nature may indicate that Imu is a woman.
However, the question is why Imu has been inactive for a thousand years, and now he has started the purge again? Why didn't this purge start under Roger?
Because Imu was created quite recently, around the time when One Piece was found. Empty Throne has actually been empty for a thousand years. How is this possible, you ask? The answer in MADS was that it was an organization that was given an unusual task. The World Government as Gorosey received the key to the revival of their former master Imu, who was destroyed by Joy Boy a thousand years ago.
Why I belive that Imu was inactive for thousend years? Because Gorosei build real order, real goverment that was able to rule the world with politic power, not with raw power to destroy everything. This is why things like Reverie exist.
So I believe that MADS created a clone of Imu, Gorosei former master, who now became Imu. How the clone acquired the power of the former Imu is not clear, but there is room for crack theories here. What if Imu wasn't the only clone created that day by MADS.
Wano was second character arc of Zoro that cleared some info about his backstory. WCI was Sanji's arc. However, there is a character whose second arc is impossible due to objective reasons - character was a little child at the very begining of the story. And this character is Nami.
All we know about her is that Belmer for some reason hide her existence from the World Government - that's why Nami's name was missing from the Kokoyashi census. Why was Belmer hiding Nami? Many believed that Nami was Big Mom's daughter, but it is now clear that this is not the case. However, Nami is an unusual character. So far, all of her scenes like this have looked like a joke when she hits Luffy and even Zoro. But in chapter 1058, you can see that there is a certain much bigger thing then just gag. Also Zeus and homies obeyed Nami without any adequate reasons.
I will not go far and assume that Nami is one of the Imu clones, which was recognized as a failure and should have been destroyed, however, someone decided to steal the clone and hide it in East Blue. This is the only way how Nami can get second src.
How will this affect the plot? I'm not talking about Nami gaining Imu's power, she's still a failure. But in terms of the plot, it can play a key role. Maybe she will be able to use Imu's ancient weapon Uranus.
Regarding why Nami is special:
1. She adapted very quickly to Skypiea, and there was a certain kinship between her and Enel;
2. She can predict the weather by some sense, which many think is the will of observation;
3. She survived a headbutt or two from Ulti, and let's say this girl, having no haki, was able to survive. She never received such damage, which hints that the girl is a superhuman;
