Character Discussion Imu might be named after the Meji Home Ministry

#1
Many have already pointed out that St. Nerona Imu's name might be inspired by roman Emperor Nero. That still leaves "na Imu" unexplained. Naimu-shō was the japanese Home Ministry, created after the so called Meji Restauration. Emperor Meji wasn't actually put in charge, instead he was just the figurehead, while Home Minister Ōkubo Toshimichi was really in charge as a kind of dictator.
