I wouldn't make the argument that the red-eyes that they saw at Baratie was Mihawk because as Zoro D. Goat have said:

The chefs was saying this,
Random chef 1: "Hawk-Eyed man, huh..."
Random chef 2: "If it's the red-eyed man, I remember him coming to this shop before."
Random chef 3: "Right, you mean that guy who got so piss-drunk from wine that his eyes turned red."
Random chef 4: "Yeah, that idiot who caught on fire and blew up."
Random chef 5: "Heh heh, that was quite a sight."
Johnny in the flashback: Even that "Hawk-Eyed Man" you've been looking for has been sighted there once before.
Zoro: "That idiot got his information mixed up!"
So basically, Johnny mistook some random drunktard who has red eyes from being way too drunk being Mihawk Lmao." lol agreed.
