Controversial "Imu using a sword to kill Luffy isn't Hawk Eye upscale"

#6
If I was a Mihawk fan, I really wouldn't want to be encouraging people in general to make disingenuous comparisons between Mihawk and Imu considering the latter stomped a Yonko Luffy actually dedicated to fighting him while the former didn't even successfully land a single hit on a Pre-TS Luffy who was more concerned about saving his brother than fighting.

Powerscaling aside, what Imu shows in 1188 is that swords are and always were the only way to beat Luffy. He has Zoro for this reason, and Mihawk is the "final" gatekeeper for Zoro
Luffy was beaten by blunt damage before though, are you implying Zoro beats Luffy rn lol.

Luffy isnt any different from other people, he has blunt damage immunity but not swords. So are regular people like Garp.

Upscaling Mihawk whenever you see a Top Tier using a Sword is like Upscaling Admirals for the Gorosei Mythical Beast introductions when they are not even Devil Fruits..

Well i guess a few Admiral fans must have done that..

Non Devil Fruit Mythical Creatures in Awakened state ~ Top tier Sword Users(Swordman).. :kayneshrug:

Having trouble isn't necessarily a vulnerability. Luffy's affected by blunt attacks with Haki but Imu, obviously the hardest hitter he's faced, couldn't really hurt him with a massive punch. Gear 5 turned Kaido's Kanabo hit, the Gorosei attacks etc. into gags.

Sure Garp is technically not any more immune to swords, but that's not relevant.

Youre dodging the question lol.

Do you think Zoro can beat Luffy right now.
