So I highly doubt that the chopper vs Queen was choppers main fight. Mainly because Chopper was only in monster point. We didn’t see him truly get to fight either.
As such, I’m of the opinion he’ll beat Pero. Yes Pero is in danger right now, however Pero already knows the weakness to Sulong and is a masterful creator with his Candy fruit. As such blocking Neko from the moon will weaken and exhaust him making him easier to defeat.
After this Chopper should step in, his body recuperated. And then chopper will have his true fight. A chapter where chopper goes through his transformations then uses a new rumble ball that uses his transformation medicine and the minks high powered healing medicine to create a new point. “Sulong Point” where chopper looks like a Sulong mink and after watching carrot for so long would possibly gain his own electro powers.
Then once the fight is complete since he isn’t using the rumble ball to create a monster and the mink medicine that causes insane healing, his downside won’t be as severe. Probably just same thing as before of cant use multiple rumble balls in a day.
This would:
1. Give chopper a well needed fight on the levels of the other straw hats
2. Give chopper a cool power up that doesn’t completely take him out of an arc
3. Explain Carrots role on the ship as showing chopper the secret to electro.
