Speculations Inconsistency with EoS bounties and EoS theories

most of the time people theorize that SHs will have big bounties during EoS like luffy with 5,6bill and so on

but the majority of the theories regarding EoS events involve the WG and marines getting toppled down, the world being changed and liberated, and potentially the destruction of the red line

with all that in mind, whos gonna be issuing those big bounties then when theres no more marines left...?

and even assuming you're a diehard kobytard and want more garp parallels shoved down our face for him, then by the time he becomes an admiral, what reason would there be to chase luffy if the world fully knows hes their savior god nika joyboy hero condomboy?

The Strawhats will still be Pirates but they would be seen as heroes... at least to the WG or the remaining members

Maybe Koby, Fujitora, or whoever will save face or respect Luffy's wishes (he didn't want people to know he saved Wano iirc) and give him and his crew a bounty

Could mean luffy will become the PK before fighting the navy at the end.

But bounties are part of the life of One Piece world. RA, rest of Navy or whatever the new "Police" will still exist after that so as bounty system. Unless you think everyone become good guys at EOS lmao.

Yea they get bounties before the WG falls. The sh's will be a threat that can topple the WG so why wouldn't their bounties reflect that? It's not like the best the WG then the WG gives a bounty for them, it makes no sense.
