While BM has a the biggest territory, she take taxes as Souls and make most of her money from tribute, plunder and her underworld deals, while Kaido basically had the biggest weapon production operation in the world and used wage labor for it.
Seems like a big chunk of the weapons DF sold to the WG were from Kaido factories.

BM aside from PK ambitions lived her best life: ate until she went back teen fat, sex until children, held tea parties and everybody came, her children ran her country for her, her Soul Soul fruit passively collected tax, her citizens loved living in the country, same address for decades
