Yeah, yeah yeah, it has the signature of the manga's author, but it's so incredibly trash and bad that the fans have the authority and right to not consider it canon.

Ngl, we are lucky that Kisame died close enough to the war arc that he didn´t end up as an Edo during the war arc. The Edo akatsukis with the exception of Itachi were all pretty pathetic. I was reading the chapters with him and edo Nagato, and something about the way Nagato was acting at that point made me physically cringe. I don´t think it´s socially acceptable for guys to call things ¨Ick¨ yet, but that´s how I would describe it.

I'd say half canon probably but don't care really since it's not good enough for my time.
I haven't looked up the events nor care too even if they say it's a 💯 canon.
