Coby is too featless.

Odds wise since he will most likely turn an admiral when the manga ends but still most probably be far from current admiral level funnily, I think he could stand as a calamity level guy right now in one of the best case scenarios.

I meant in a very general fashion to be honest. Coby is a real wild card right now. I hope he shall soon show where he could rank. At least we rather formed somewhat of an idea about Hancock despite still consistently incomplete.
