The fact that Kaidou can't even draw even a bit of blood with full power advCoC shots to the head, just goes to show you how resistant G5 is to these types of attacks.
The very next panel he completely shrugs off the follow up in the page above.

Insignificant and inconsequential "damage", like I said Kaidou getting full power attacks straight to his head and not even drawing blood. It is laughable damage for attacks of that caliber. Even Ragnarok couldn't draw blood.
This goes beyond simple recovery, he's clowning off attacks that should be ending the fight.

When did Ragnorok end Luffy that came to the Roof? Luffy got hit by that in base and didn't get KO. He didn't clown off anything literally said it hurts and he got Knocked out of G5 and was out for 7 days and had bandages for 12 days

Immune not, but definitely still incredibly resistant.
Before, Haki attacks completly bypassed Luffy's fruit power, so if blunt attacks used to be reduced by say 99%, then that number decreased straight to 0% damage reduction with Haki.
It seems with G5 he maintains some elasticity through Haki attacks because his body just bends to the shape of what's attacking him, so instead of not reducing damage at all, he might be getting a 90% damage reduction to Haki blunt attacks.
