- Oden (Hiyori, Momonusuke, even the shogun didn't have it)
- Loki and Harald (Hajrudin and Neither of the mother had it)

- out of 84~85 kids, only has conqueror.

If it was about royal family/Bloodline, we should have 50+ conqueror sitting on the table rn.

True but Guys that u listed have atleast one criteria or hints that they able to possesed Conqueror Haki.
Overwhelming Presence or Willpower
And Based on Oda showing to Us, U can only had one criteria of someone who can possesed Conqueror Haki, able to figure out how to become a King, And then u became One to possesed Conqueror Haki.
