General & Others Is it too early for the seraphim?

#21
How is there no use for the seraphim under BBs crew when York is literally right there for the taking as well and can easily be bought.

And Luffy and The WG are very preoccupied right now. What do you even think Lafitte is in egghead for
As of now we don’t know why they are in the arc. The likely answer is Robin or VP himself. Jumping to conclusions and thinking yeah they gonna take both York and Seraphims is impossible. Whatever they are here for is either not gonna be successful at doing or it’s not as impactful(combat wise) as Seraphims. End of the day BB isn’t gonna have such powerhouses Like the Seraphims on top of his crew. Not to mention the SHs won’t be able to handle them if they joined and since that’s obvious why bother letting BB have them?

it’s clear Saturn is gonna return with the Seraphims on his side.

Specifically is it too early for the seraphim to be taken from the world government?

Like what if luffy leaves egghead with the 4 seraphim there. Potentially some of them joining the crew or at worst allies. 3/4 of their original versions of the clones are each really close with luffy. Each having potential as strawhats (jinbe obviously being one). As for mihawk he at the very least has always had tons of respect for luffy even back in the east blue
All 4 might also have ties to nika/joyboy

As for why buggy could take in the other 3? It’d be a good way for them to not only gain more power but Moria and Doflamingo were also there with the other 3 at Roger’s execution. On top of that the seraphim “coincidentally” were all arc antagonist that luffy fought. Plus they’re already after cross guild anyway so they don’t have to go out of their way to get the real ones
I think the seraphim will be final war foes and end up being liberated by nika and they will restore the Lunarian Tribe.

They didn’t know Robin was at Egghead when they arrived.

And it’s not much of a jump when we know Blackbeard pirates went to egghead:
1. After Blackbeard learned of the Seraphim from his raid on Amazon lily
2. Failed to acquire a power he wanted for his crew for a long time

Idk why you’re so certain Saturns leaving with the seraphim.

Because it serves the plot. I look at it from plot perspective. The plot requires the WG to fill the power vacuum it has after losing the warlords. It isn’t the same for BBPs they ain’t short of power at least not as much as WG.

We’ll see, but plot wise there’s no way Saturn makes it off this island with a W. It would completely undermine Luffy and make everything Kumas suffered through pointless.

Saturn isn’t leaving this island especially not with the seraphim

I don’t personally see either side leaving with a complete W

Luffy beats Kizaru and the crew deal great damage to the navy fleet.

Saturn gets Seraphims(excluding S bear), but not York nor the mother flame power plant.

Kuma saves Bonney and gets S bear body and possibly destroys the power plant.

BBPs possibly getting a small W or simply fail.

This is the best outcome for all sides that benefit the plot

I think this is going to be a massive L for the WG:
1. Kizaru gets defeated
2. Saturn gets defeated
3. Punk Records gets destroyed
4. Blackbeard pirates take the seraphim and York (minus Bear)
5. Caribou disappears with Mother Flame factory

Well we seem to disagree. Let’s wait for the arc to end and see how much we got right or wrong.

So what’s their point now? Zero!
Fuji worked to demolish warlords in the hope of replacement(Seraphims) only to backfire on him… sounds like the worst plot move by Oda. If such a thing happen (aka Seraphims having their on free will) it’s eos thing as in final war type of move otherwise for it to happen now is pointless.
Eh idk about that
While yes it’d be a massive backfire on Fuji and the world government end I think it could still potentially work

Like them taking the seraphim allows for a lot like
  1. Kuma being with Bonney
  2. Doflamingo and Moria joining buggy
  3. Hancock joining the strawhats
  4. Etc
All the way allowing them to play roles in other ways different to the originals

1- S Bear could be with Bonney by putting Kuma’s sole and memory in it.
2- Buggy could get the real Moria and it’s not like the Seraphims would ever listen to them due to the authority chip not to mention there are far better candidates like Weevil and who knows who else.
3- SHs at this point ain't getting new members so give up on that.

  1. Having kuma’s memories also technically doesn’t stop them from having an authority chip. If bear can switch sides despite that so can the other seraphim
  2. We’ve seen multiple cyborgs go against their programming even s-snake. Buggy like luffy seemingly has the same ability to make allies and if anyone is able to sway the seraphim it’s them
  3. I don’t agree:kayneshrug:

Seraphims are Pure hax , they ain't that strong.

  • They have no haki
  • They are incomplete , I haven't seen fire Bending of Lunarians yet
  • They only Lunarian defense and DF ability , which can be countered if it's known to them.
At best they YC3 level (If the opponent known their hax).
If they do not know about it. They can be menace to Yonkou's and admirals as well.
