Powers & Abilities Is Kinemon the only scabbard that can cut fire?

At this point and time it does seem that way.

Also seems to be a particular Style its possible other swordsman are capable of utilizing this style but at the moment seems like only Kinemon can do so.

It was a one off fluke that he currently can't replicate. Foreshadowing that he'll eventually learn how to do it at will? Absolutely. Being able to do it at will at this current time? No.

Yes, I believe this power is related to haki. I'm thinking it is created by learning to use haki in a specific way

Yes! i feel like all the scabbards have their own speciality about them like Kiku and her sword ability, so kinemons is that he can cut any Fire. how he learnt that no idea but i think its related to Haki and will passed down from Oden

That's his special ability. Kiku has a snow theme to her swordplay. I'm guessing she is more like Brook in the sense that her cuts are kinda cold. Inu is a swordsman and he had his electro thing going for him, Kanjuro also had his art thing going. I think each scabbard will have his own special theme/style going for them.

We haven't seen Neko though with a sword, his style seems to be pure brawling while Inu style seems to be the disciplined methodical type.

Literally anyone can do that . Cutting solid object is the most basic form of sword play.

Brook is kinda special since his cuts are actually ice cold and they leave ice on the opponent.
