Character Discussion Is Luffy truly incapable of romantic love?

If I had to guess I'd say yeah. Oda wants to keep Luffy as childish as possible and having him be completely oblivious to the opposite sex is a very effective way of doing so.

However, is it conceivable that once Luffy has achieved all of his dreams for him to start becoming interested in romantic love?

Edit: When I say "yeah" I mean I think he's incapable of experiencing romantic love.

I mean Roger didn't settle down and have sex until after he became the PK and everything.
Luffy may be the same, though I sort of doubt it.

Theorically no because love is a hurricane but Oda simply doesn't have the time and the will to start a love story in OP.
It's not that type of manga, I mean pretty much every character is single and shows no interest in the opposite sex (except for Sanji).

I expect that Luffy, once he achieved his dreams, will end up with a woman and marry. Oda will probably wrap that topic up in a little epilogue and a few panels maybe.
