Marco is goated and underrated. I've always adored him and he deserves recognition, especially considering what happened due to Blackbeard and thus losing Thatch, Whitebeard and Ace!

Blackbeard not only betrayed them after several decades of "loyalty" to the crew but killed and led to deaths of the 3 I just mentioned too!

For Marco to not completely give up and be a sort of another Moria situation, especially after losing the Payback War and more crewmates and allies to that and also Weevil separately is incredible.

He could have lost all hope and given up. But he hasn't. He didn't even want to come to Wano but then he did anyway, despite everything that has gone wrong for him and the sheer, immense amount and the momentous weight of losses he's experienced.

He also took on both King and Queen and knocked both of them around for a bit and made them look like fools, whilst it lasted.

Marco even said he's free of Whitebeards command and thus burdens and thus doesn't need to be here, plus logically he shouldn't be imo BUT he's still here risking his life once again because he's a bro, a doctor and thus he cares.

It's amazing with such a legendary fruit like his too, that Blackbeard didn't kill him and steal it during the Payback War and Marco was even able to escape and live on somehow.

Marco to me is a living legend and I've always adored his character, DF and relationship with his Oyaji, Ace and the rest of the crew.

Best Phoenix boy. He's also pretty fun to play as in Pirate Warriors 3.

I honestly cannot even comprehend the staggering amount of survivors guilt that he and Moria who I also adore a lot, have too.

I won't say he's a "legend" in regards to Whitebeard, Rayleigh, Shanks and the likes but he is one of the more well-respected pirate for sure.
I mean why not? The gorosei put him alongside the Yonkos

has he done something legendary ?
Luffy is Sabaody was called legend because of what he had done, Chinjao was called Legend because of what he had done
I don't think Marco did anything legendary, at least we don't know of him achieving anything like that :risicheck:
