People can speculate about Kaido's Drunk Form being his awakening all they want but just seems like excuses to me. As long as Oda doesn't state it as such, it isn't his awakening. Do you also believe that Linlin doesn't have awakening because she is not strong enough?
Plus, it should be pretty obvious already but just coz a character doesn't have awakening doesn't mean he is weaker than a character that does. Marco/Doffy for instance or hell two Paramecia in Doffy & Linlin. Or are we gonna argue now that Doffy is stronger than Linlin? My bad if I misunderstood what u meant by "strong enough"

"Other objects" Not "others". So not sure how that is proof. Besides Oda has no good reason to hide Big Mom's use of awakening. He called it such in every single fight that demonstrated said awakening. I like to imagine headcanon that she can use it but honestly seeing how *umb she is and can't use future sight either I wouldn't bet on it as likely right now.

As for the phoenix fruit. I wonder.. is it even possible to awaken it? I mean it makes sense but at the same time a phoenix never truly "sleeps".:zorothink:

Guess it might turn him into a logia phoenix that can absorb punches too or he could temporarily return from death multiple times?

Sure, I can see Shiryu having TWO Awakenings. One for himself, and one for his sword.

I don't dig the split personality for the guy though; Shiryu just seems bloodlusted without an alter. I CAN see him having an X-Factor though. Maybe his blade has a special ability like Enma or Shiryu himself has some secret ability related to his family line.
