Well they both are Famous, they were both at Marineford, they both practically did nothing.. And this chapter showed that Garp can do way more than what he did at Marineford.. So this leads to believe that Mihawk can also do way more than what he did at Marineford..
Were there other Characters at Marineford that could have done way more than they have done?..

WB was called WSM, even whem he was old.
WSS title belong to Mihawk case he defeated someone who was called WSS before him. But if in OP world exist hidden strong characters like Imu, then title that Mihawk carries is garbage, fraud. Imu is probably real WSM, so WB also was fraud, as well as Kaido.
