Future Events Is Mihawk Zoros end opponent?

Will zoro fight someone even stronger than Mihawk? If yes, who would that be? Mihawk is yonkou level and zoro is going to surpass that.

Will zoro have no one to face after Mihawk gets defeated? That would mean a boring life for zoro.

Shiryu for example is too weak for zoro in the end of the series, so who will it be? Its gotta be someone stronger than Mihawk.

Maybe there is a character who is yet to be mentioned and is stronger than mihawk?

What are your thoughts?

Mihawk is not an enemy. Zoro final opponent should be an enemy like the classic good vs evil.

Zoro can still fight Mihawk for WSS title and fight someone else for the final battle and he doesn't necessarily have to be stronger than Mihawk. Perhaps he more tricky or so

Yes, unless someone else pulls up w a supreme black sword and is shown to be superior or as good as Mihawk then I can totally see that play out. Would help if they were actually evil too, ik some ppl don’t like that there’s no bad blood between Zoro and Mihawk (I think it’s fine tho).

I still believe that Mihawk will lose his title. Thematically his and Zoros bout is a bit less interesting ever since Mihawk trained him. They know each other’s fighting style now so there would be less surprises.

Timeline wise, there’s no good place for Zoro vs Mihawk to take place. He’s connected to Shanks but I would hate for Zoro to get the title before fighting Shiryu in the BB Pirates, and Zoro vs Mihawk really wouldn’t make sense to take place after the final war.

Characters who can be Zoros final opponent:
1. Shiryu - Against Blackbeard which I think will take place near Raftel so not final opponent
2. Fujitora - Admiral, swordsman, based on one of the most famous swordsman, thematic devil fruit for Zoro as well. Probably one of the best bets for a final fight for Zoro to get the title of WSS
3. Gandhi Gorosei - Has tamed the Shodai Kitetsu so has a good amount of hype and the Gorosei are such unknowns could have a cool connection to Ryuma or other sword legends
