Current Events Is Oda being unpredictable enough?

Quick survey.

I said in a thread a time ago about Oda just caring about being unpredictable. He doesn't care about writing a good story or following his own plot he just care about his readers never finding out what comes next.

Pretty sure no one thought about Cross Guild although a lot thought about Buggy becoming an Emperor.

Pretty sure a lot had already forget about Crocodile and didn't expected him to have such a high bounty.

A lot thought about Teach going after a Shichibukai(without logic) but not having that high bounty(because there is no explanation for it). I personally thought about Hancock but for "love" reasons not because of her DF.

So what you all think? Is Oda being unpredictable enough or he is just ruining his own work for nothing? Or both?

You know what would be unpredictable? Luffy being the only one being sent forward in time. This would happen before he becomes Pirate King, and right after he overthrows Shanks and Blackbeard as Yonko.

This would give Yamato the time needed to become Oden. Yamato will find a Toki to make babies with.

This would leave three vacant spots for the Four Emperors. This is why I think Zoro and Sanji will fill two of these spots. Zoro will actually takeover Wano, and do everything Kaidou tried to do. Sanji will take over Big Mom's territory and create a culinary utopia.
