Questions & Mysteries Is Oda going to address failed smile DFs used on Wano citizens?

As the tilte says what’s gonna happen to the Wano citizens who ate these failed DFs? Are they gonna be cured? Or laugh for the rest of their life? Who is gonna help them and how! What about Killer as well? Is Chopper gonna play a part or is Vegapunk gonna come to Wano?

So many questions on my mind about this so what do you guys think?

I hope so Chopper really needs to have this moment for someone who dreams to cure all diseases this is a great opportunity. He already manipulates his df to gain access to a lot more forms this shouldn't be out of his expertise tbh there is no need for Vegapunks involvement.
Oda really wasted a lot of panels on useless crap with tons more important plot lines he could have resolved by now
