Man, Dressrosa Usopp was so much fun to watch. He showed more guts in all of Dressrosa than he did against Ulti. Why Oda decided to make him Fraudsopp instead is a mystery to me.

Haha sure but I guess perhaps Oda thought this wasn't the right time for Usopp to shine yet and I'm fairly confident our saviour won't disappoint us next time on Elbaf and lend the actual OP saviour God Usopp the right substantial greatness.

So We've had focus on nearly all the strawhats during the last 2 arcs both fighting and character-wise.

The curly hat pirates in Wci and Zoro's group this arc but one has been grossly underfocused; Ussop.

He got no focus on his abilities(only strawhat who didn't defeat anyone this raid) nor in his character,even telling Nami not to make Ulti angry while she was bullying Tama.

Remember Ussop wants to be a brave Warrior of the sea and needs to confront his Yc father at some point,So do you think Oda is ignoring Ussop right now to focus on his character and fighting abilities next arc?

If the Strawhats are going to shine and do things Wano is the arc to do it.......It has the classic one piece structure that allows everybody to get their moment. Elbaf relating to Usopp just means he's going to get character moments not a fight. If there's nobody in Elbaf for the crew fight and overcome Usopp likely won't get many moments.
