Yeah that’s my point, the story arcs have similarities but they are not a 1:1 copy, Oda adds twist to it

also that troupe literally happens in thriller bark, thats probably the arc with most similarities to Wano

And that is exactly why it won't be playing out the same. Ace was made to be sacrificed/killed off. Law is much more than that.
Luffy already has beef with BB. Killing off Law just to have another reason for Luffy to go against BB would be cheap and bad story telling. And Law won't sure as hell be turned over to the Marines either. He's gonna escape.
