no, they will be back, they are in early twenties and no where near their prime yet. Blackbeard and Shanks will be removed from race while kid and law will get stronger and return

Currently there are 4 emperors of the sea, while the story is keep going could there be any more? Kaido and big mom are still there, you don’t believe it? KID AND LAW are worst generation but that is all. You know we still have bege and urouge , they have their own place in the story. How long you want to drag this story any way? Till two pieces? Three pieces? Like there are emperors of the sea and they are kid,law,luffy,*……*. All of these emperors run for one piece. Good job, cause now it feels like two pieces.
