Kentaro Miura, the development of Guts is godly and honestly per my taste, he has the greatest art in manga.

Oda is the best mangaka imo (I havent read many tbh) but so far of all the mangas that I have read (Naruto, Bleach, MHA, DBS and Kingdom) the excitement I still feel for OP is unmatched ~1100 chapters in, after OP I would go for Kingdom.
