Break Week Is Queen's bounty based on Judge's science?

Think there are 3 factors that play into Queens bounty.
1) His history with MADS and also secrets he probably holds due to this.
2) His affiliation with Kaido and his beast fruit powers stated to defeat even the strongest CoA users.
3) How he joined the crew. I doubt it's a coincidence both King and Kaido were being experimented on and Queen just happened to come across them. I suspect he had a hand in helping Kaido escape.

Queen was the only one who thought on greatly enhacing his strength, instead of just creating things for the others
When Vegapunk was creating lame ass Pacifistas, Queen already had enhanced his Laser Beams and put all the Germa's powers into himself.
Thats why we got nothing from Queen's flashback yet, cuz it is completely tied with MADS and Vegapunk

what is the point? queen and king are always portrayed together from beginning to end.
Queen is responsible for Wano and weapon production
King is responsible for Onigashima and military things.
So many people claim that King is hyped by Oda (Lunarian)
But why are u ignoring quen said he created tech that vegapunk couldnt.
I am pretty sure God Lunarian thing is not for King just for Luffy.
