We don't know if he even had a bounty poster beforehand (though if he didn't that would be absolutely ridiculous, it's impossible the No.2 revolutionary never got a bounty until now), but yeah admittedly there's basically no way Sabo and Ace wouldn't have heard of one another at least once, what an odd oversight...

Pretty sure Sabo will have heard about "Firefist Ace", but he simply couldnt connect the dots, cause of his amnesia. I also think he simply doesnt cared for the dozens of pirates on the sea.

Ace on the other side... maybe he just showed no interest in the revolutionaries and didnt read the Bounty Poster? Maybe Sabo only got one later on, since Koala said Sabo is new in his position when they were in Dressrosa. Sabo could have been simply someone low level in the revos till then.

For sure Sabo wouldn't have realized with his amnesia (Oda makes a point of him basically going crazy once he sees ace died in the war). That being said I'm fairly sure he already was the chief of staff before the Marineford arc started, so it would imply he never did get a bounty or was recognized as a public enemy until the time around Dressrosa/Reverie, which is really weird. If the WG never did find out about him, that just makes them even more incompetent than we thought...

Maybe it could make sense if Ace didb't trll the WBP of his past and therefore they didn't pay attention about Sabo's bounty

Maybe Sabo may have become a nunber 2 over the timeskip, or didn't have a bounty till post ts

The reason Sabo bounty is so low is because it's his first bounty. A bounty he got after Ace died
