Does it matter? It's a bounty title based on where they were 2 years ago.. and at a time where sanjis feats were largely unnoticed and undocumented by the marines. Sanji could have a bil plus bounty and people would still be crying about this supernova wank. Sanji has already surpassed most of the supernova in bounty and strength. Barto Cavendish and karibou are supernova.... the title ain't a powerscaling tool at this point.

Supernovas and super rookies are the same thing. So basically your explanation is right ‚ if Sanji never had above 100 bounty before reaching Sabaody‚ then no he is no supernova.

SN's are being set-up to be outshined by Chopper. The entire concept of SN was introduced last minute. And logically literally makes no sense when you think about.

Why does 11 random rookie pirates being at the same place with bounties above 100 mill, make them the leaders of the New Gen. How about the Pirates who come a few days later. Or the ones that just left for the NW. The idea was lowkey dumb. And the fact that Oda always makes them get outshined just shows is nothing more than a loser gallery to just add hype to some scenarios.
