Sanji isn't allowed to get hit by any attack under any circumstance by any character in any context, so I mean, he's going to be a "hypetool" for the rest of the series by this standard. But Odas never had the M3 fighting together and not had them either all look good or all look bad. So no it's either all or none.

The one who has been used the least often like this is Zoro, logically, since he is the strongest of the crew and Oda is often forced to push him away in order to create tension. Sanji is quite likely to be used again as a hype tool, although since he is already so weak, defeating him is not a very important feat for Loki either. We didn't, it is quite the opposite. Sanji has lost all his credibility as a hypetool the moment Vergo broke his leg, he is the official L taker now. The more CL²³Oda tries to use him to hype up the umpteenth enemy, the weaker Sanji looks. The enemy aura is unaffected

Honestly, Sanji is the least likely to be hyptetooled here. Luffy and Zoro both attacked Loki, Luffy in g4 earlier, now Zoro kicked him.
Sanji is also needed to protect Gerd, can't exactly protect her if he's unconscious.

It would be a good opportunity to see how strong his exoskeleton is though. We know he can shrug off attacks from Seraphim, admirals, and gorosei and leave without a scratch back in Egghead.
