Sanji is going to be in Luffy's top 5 allies against the wg. Sanji has to take on some strong in the wg for the shs to beat them eos. Sanji is going to reach top tier by eos. It can't just be luffy or luffy and zoro doing everything. Luffy is going to need massive help for the wg and sanji is going be part of that help.

Imo, aesthetically, Fujitora vs Zoro and Kizaru vs Sanji would look the best, and story-wise too.
Swordman vs Swordman, supreme blade wielder vs about-to-be supreme blade wielder
Speedster vs Speedster, and both Sanji and Kizaru has interactions in Egghead and connection via Vegapunk's corpse
But this won't sit well with some fellow Zoro bros tho

Enies Lobby was such an anomaly. Sanji got the cooler and arguably even stronger opponent than Zoro. I'd argue he also got the more practical powerup in DJ. Enies Lobby is a peak Sanji is never hitting again.

Not saying it for zoro and sanji it literally sanji has to be a top tier at eos for luffy to challenge the wg. On top of that it's the shs surpassing the Roger pirates. Outside of zoro and sanji stuff for the story sanji has to reach a certain level of strength. If luffy can go from yc1 to top tier in 1 arc then sanji can definitely go from yc1 level to top tier in the arcs we have left.
