If Kidd pirates did not appear is shanks going to war? His fleet was mention and it looks like they're going somewhere...so if yes against who?

Maybe against Teach... or maybe he knows that everything was heating up, so he had to be prepared for battle if Teach or anyone else goes after him.

Hes prepping his fleet for the fight against Luffy and Blackbeard when relevant, probaly near Laugh Tale or Lodestar. The other 2 also have fleets. This is probably what Oda meant when he said this:

Change the title of your thread to "Where is Shanks heading?" Or something like that, imo it is more attactive.
