If you mean exact same sword fighting style as Mihawk then probably not since Mihawk has a big arse, two handed sword and Shanks doesn't even have two hands.

If you mean that Shanks will fight with a sword in general then yes, he will fight with a sword and he will be weaker than the World's Strongest Swordsman.

We’ve only seen the tip of the iceberg of what a CoC master can do, and Oda will use Shanks to show us the full potential of CoC
