The funny thing about this is that Roo was paired with Jinbei in the last movie but at the same time he's the cook of the crew so he's Jinbei and Lanji in 1.

This is important to keep in mind. My post above is true regarding Captain - Vice Captain // no3 - no4 pairings but its also true no2 - no3 are paired up often as well. Both these posts are true in different scenarios.

We rarely see no1 - no3 or no2 - no4 pairings but I guess it would be quite evident that no1 is boss of no3 and no2 boss of no4 if they pair up. For example Luffy obviously Sanjis captain, and Zoro ordering Franky to do things (I know, he's like 5 or 6 now but I can't remember Zoro and Jinbei interacting that much yet).

Something I saw on twatter aka X, Sunbell is obviously a fishman what if Gaban has some fire moves? This assuming a parallel between Lanji and Gaban, I know candies hate "parallels" and make dumb claims like Lanji doesn't have any because they hate all the characters he's canonically compared with and it goes against their dumbest agenda, Lanji being top 3 EoS.
