No, Gunko is. Gunko may be using some of Imus powers but not all of them. We’ve seen Imu has some strange form that was silhouetted when Sabo attacked, there’s still more to learn about Imu and their powers.
Blackbeard for final villain stocks dropped hard when oda revealed all his backstory before luffy made it to raftel when Imus will be revealed in raftel.

We know way more about him than we do Imu who’s story is related to Joyboy who’s history can only be revealed at Raftel.

All we know about Imu is he exists and Nerona Imu was a king from the void century. But his role in the void century, why he wants to sink the world, why he remains hidden, why he created the WG, literally anything is all a mystery.
And yes, but as we’ve seen, memory deletion is a plot in one piece. Even if Joruls grand parents were in the void century doesn’t mean they remember any of it.

Well seeing how the plot is mostly about Gunko (Brooks subplot) we may get a bit of Imu lore after the arc, but no where’s near the level of Blackbeard information we’re getting.

Because we’re told by Rayleigh that Raftel is where he learned the truth about everything and just last arc Vegapunk confirmed the only place to learn it all is Raftel.
