Yes, the reason being that Fujitora… is actively refusing to fight the Strawhats
What’s going to make this change? Luffy getting credit for taking down two of the most dangerous pirates on the seas, Kaido and Big Mom? That’ll just delight Fujitora. That’s him vindicated in his refusal to hunt Luffy down. He was already delighted that his gamble to let the fight in Dressrosa continue played out, his second gamble of letting Luffy go has resulted in the defeat of two of the three most evil, dangerous pirates in the world.
Fujitora’s more likely to gamble again- it’s his main thing- on Luffy changing the world for the better and openly going against the World Gov than he is to fight a Strawhat.
Note that he only fought the RA in the fourth day of Reverie,
before his main goal of abolishing the Warlords had been achieved. At that point it had just been raised as a topic of discussion. He might have been worried that if the RA were allowed to rampage through Marijois then the Reverie would be called off and the Warlords kept on.
