Monster Trio only grouped up for a combo attack but that's about it. They barely talk to each other for more than 1 pages lol. Same goes for other Strawhats.

I think the trio group that got done dirty the most is Romance Dawn trio of Luffy, Zoro and Nami. They don't interact with each other anymore outside of gags.

I think the monster trio was much more hyped than the romance dawn which I though would have lead to a better development.
Zoro,Nami,Luffy recently got some love and more cover than the 3 powerhouse in the strawhat

Monster Trio was definitely a thing otherwise there's no reason millions of onepiece fans would believe the concept of one if it never existed be it through scenes or portrayal. Luffy, Zoro and Sanji were always above the rest of the crew by a good amount in terms of strength.

I think a lack of moments post ts can be boiled down to the fact that the crew was separated for like 200 chapters of it and even when on the same island, most of them were doing different roles. It's bad writing. He ignored the precious crew moments we all cherished deeply pre ts to give attention to a bajillion more filler characters hence less moments. It's not just the M3 but every crew member has had considerably lesser interactions, M3 is just talked about most because it's by far the most popular trio.

RDT got hoed even harder. Before the trip to the castle this arc, we had 0 moments of them together post-ts. But luckily, we've been getting more crew interactions this arc, we got a M3 combo at the start of the arc and they're all facing off against Loki currently too. So hopefully we get more moments of the 3 together so we get a refreshing change from the abysmal trend of crew interaction ignorance we've seen post ts.

Monster trio been overrated as hell since the timeskip. I've seen Sanjitards on Twitter trying to argue that "Wings of the PK" is an M3 moment despite Luffy not fitting under the Wings descriptor, and shitting on Nami when she decided to go back to the party even though she's the one who got lore exposition, a meeting with Scopper Gaban, and good interactions with Luffy and Zoro.
