Nah. Uranus isn't the kind of thing that you'd find just laying around the New World.
I think most likely, Uranus has been lost to time and the Mother Flame is a replica based on a protoype.
Pretty sure Shiki has it, but doesn't have a Mother Flame; he can lift Urunus, and lift things into Urunus, but... he still needs a Mother Flame to run it.
I can't believe that some of you can't recognize that this is Uranus, this is the same weapon that destroyed Lulusia, look at the cannons at the bottom, also there's some moss on those cannons, which indicate that this is an old weapon

I'm sorry, but Shiki is dead, he died in "strong world" movie. also this weapon "Uranus" is under the control of the world government
A: Shiki didn't die in Strong World
B: Strong World is not canon
C: If Pluton had back up blueprints, why not have a back-up Urunus?
Shiki has been tied to Ancient Weapons/Tech through the narrative, and canon-Shiki DOES have a plan in the works, we just haven't seen it.
What's more likely?
That Shiki, the guy who gave Roger problems, is biding his time?
Or that a Yonkou level threat got off-screened (once again Strong World is non-canon, only Chapter 0. Luffy beating Shiki in the movie is just non-canonical fanservice).
