Usopp is probably gonna unlock ACoC tbh, so YC3 level is the minimum for him. Usopp's already lied about having CoC, so he's almost guaranteed to unlock CoC since his lies come true. Usopp using ACoC would be a great way for him to show how he's become a "brave warrior of the sea"
