I'd say as far as Genes goes, the Shimotsuki or Ryuma's genes doesn't really matter as much as compared to the Monkey's or Germa's as Zoro's father is a nobody

Doesn't work like that. Zoro and Ushimaru got ryuma recessive genes awekening in them giving them a similar sword style and physical attributes.

Like, you can be the son of a famous footballer and you can still not inherited his talent etc.

This doesn't make you more "predestined" than someone who after a long line gets the physical genes from their distant grandfather for sports.
