It wasn't an SBS, it was Queen's Vivre Card, it said he had a child 36 years ago who he abandoned, and Franky is coincidentally 36 years old as well as being abandoned by his parents who were pirates.

So while the theory has circumstantial evidence, it isn't confirmed at all.

Queens vivre cards heavily alludes to it without full confirmation. It says 36 years ago he had a kid he then abandoned 26 years ago (same timeframe as Franky who was born 36 years ago and abandoned by his pirate father 26 years ago)

In addition to what others said, there are these two volume covers used as support for the theory. Franky and Queen are striking the same pose in the same position. And the volumes are respectively numbered 39 and 93.

And Franky for all intends and purposes, had his real family history dropped in one of the best flashbacks in op. The Tom's workers are Franky's actual family
