Haha you're using pis and movement speed to discredit reaction speed. Zeus is a Homie full of Haki, you cannot prove that his attacks are not faster than usual. Furthermore, it cannot prove that a dragon-shaped ray has the same speed as a normal ray.
The only one with solid reaction feats to a totally real lightning bolt is Luffy from the SP saga, which is nothing to Kaido.
