( heck sanji and aokiji both have the same color theme ( blue) and reference some bird that can be eaten ( ducks and pheasants)
( so you coulld say that while lufffy wont fight akainu sanji fights aokiji given how much they are foils and sanji saving his brothers while luffy couldnt save his.

sanji and aokiji were both the most reluctant to follow their dreams(instead of being halted by outside forces) until some laughing maniac refused their refusal either through honeyed words or sheer belligerence.
sanji and zoro's opponents would both be former associates of the world government (and shilew and zoro have their own parallels with how they started off as enemies to pirates and were imprisoned by wg when they first appeared before they met their respective captains
I like the symbology of the fight from a meta view how kuzan use to ascribe to “fiery justice” then became jaded and…cold over the years (puns very much intended) then going along with “lazy justice” and now i believe we don’t have a definite view of his now but on the opposite of that fight we have a similar combatant currently a very fiery passionate fighter constantly worried due to the nature of the Germa tech that he could become cold, heartless, and jadedShow less
I think Sanji vs Aokiji will happen. And the thing that will tie them up is both their ideals and how they both had mentor figures. They went opposite ways. Sanji will never give up his ideals and he will always look up to his mentor. Aokiji gave up on his ideals and lost belief on his mentor.

I guess it's a parallel, but to be quite frank with you, I can't see Kuzan fighting any straw hat under BB's command.
At most I could see him dying tragically at BB's hands or surviving as a wanted criminal while being hunted by the reformed Marines, and that's if he's genuinely turned evil and isn't using BB for his own reasons.
As for Sanji, I doubt he's fighting any of the C3. Akainu's obviously out, Kuzan for the reasons I've brought up and Kizaru.....well, I really don't know what Oda's gonna do with Kizaru.
Greenbull as a Sanji opponent does seem plausible to me though.

He can fight both at different timelines.
So that we can also see if any of them improved in power level, and see how their styles will interact with each other.
Surprisingly, Aokiji might get stronger unlike people think since Aokiji is younger than Akainu, and he is actively fighting in New World while Akainu is sitting on the desk.
Robin could be considered as a witch as well, she showed more demonic powers in last fight.
Plus, I think Catarina Devon > Lafitte, so Robin > Nami, they should match accordingly.

well given that sanji tended to have easier fights then Zoro does maybe this will be a reversal where sanji gets the harder fight (and shiryu could awaken his df which will test Zoro's observational haki ( he is good at sensing attacks coming at him but not at finding people) also the awakening may force Zoro to learn how to cut through nothingness ( there is a theory that shilews awakening will lead shilews embodying that) so shiryu can be weaker then sanjis opponent

no observation doesn't counter invisibility its been shown that you can conceal your presence ( look at what the minks did Luffy didn't sense them)
so shiryu would be able to combine that with his invisbility to fight Zoro observation haki doesn't completely counter invisibility. oda gave shiryu this fruit for a reason
