It's blasphemy that Oda spared Apoo but killed off Hawkins. Even if Wano's writing was up to par with Enies Lobby, it's automatically the worst arc for that. It would be the worst thing in manga history, but anytime Toriyama (and Toyotaro) touches Bardock has it beat to a pulp.
