Jack should have been defeated right there:

The differences:
1. We only remember Jack as the unstoppable beast in Zou arc. The best Calamity. No more little puppy of Wano Jack.
2. Zou Jack ran through a gauntlet. Yet normal means couldn't defeat this mammoth. Only hax involving ancient creature like Zunisha could only take him out.
That would boost Jack's dick size into same level with Vergo and Kaido.

You either died a hero like Vergod, or live too long to become a meme like Wano Jack.

Chad was still covered in bandages after an extreme diff battle with Fujitora, Bumgoku and Tsuru, sank 1/2 of their fleet snd then proceeded to fight one of the strongest creatures in the planet.

Would've been a fitting end for an unstoppable mammoth to be stopped by the biggest elephant species ever.

Jack's fate was doomed when he struggled against opponents who were equal to clowns like Kinemon and Kanjuro who were shitting their pants at Pica.

Inu and Neko should have been apart of the Nine Red Scabbards tbh. Then Jack wouldn't be dragged down so hard either.

To make things worse, it's not even about that he got defeated by one of the Scabbards but HOW he got defeated. No named techniques. Sulong Inu and Neko treated him like a fodder. Ashura Doji easily cut through his blades in a single moment and Jack needed to be treated afterwards either.

Inu and Neko were both way stronger than Kanjuro and Kinemon. They’d gotten a heap stronger after 20 years.
So much so that Luffy was massively impressed with how strong Inu and Neko were where he never thought it necessary to comment on Kinemon’s strength.
Inu, Neko and Ashura having gotten a ton stronger is also just explicitly stated as well.

Would have actually been an insane death too, a brutal warmongerer like Jack reaches too close to the sun, and ends up trying an ancient fucking monster, gets hit and drowns to death

If Wano Jack didn't exist, people would remember Jack as the best Calamity ever. Forget the Calamity, Wano Jack is probably among the best Yonko Commander ever. Forget the Calamity, Zou Jack > Wano Kaido himself.
Oda's writing really declined between Zou arc and Wano arc.

Zou Jack is not only this absurdly well written and imposing beast, he is the best Yonkou commander

He did better in Wano than he did in Zou.

In Zou he had an army continuously backing him up against the minks, more and more ships of Beast Pirates were coming to Zou as stated. In Wano he's portrayed as a 1-man monster against suulong minks, until Inu/Neko join in their suulong forms which are exponentially stronger than their base forms.

With Neko in base form, had Capone shitting himself with his presence, much like Katakuri.

Oda was at the peak of writing in Zou with Jack, like we hadn't seen anything like that after team skipping and Jack was the first this made me eager to know more about the Yonkos at the time.

Jack's army and his reinforcements were taken down, except Jack himself.

This page really brought hype to Jack.

Zou Jack > King and Queen's little bitch.

Oda ruined Jack's aura to hype up two bums who couldn't stand on their own. King and Queen didn't have one percent of Jack's intimidation.

When the Queen and King were introduced, with Jack acknowledging them as "senior brothers" while he was sort of the little brother, I went crazy because I had Jack as this absurd monster established in my mind and if these two called him little brother with Jack being obedient to them, imagine how strong they are. lol
