R1: Hisoka low diff. He's far way too fast for Jack to handle and his Bungee Gum can trap every single weapons that Jack has.
R2: Hisoka mid diff. Since Jack is able to catch up with Hisoka I can see him put up a decent fight against him but Jack would still get outclassed when it comes to skill and tactics.
