It doesn't mean we're getting a flashback of course (could be SBS or vivre card diff if ́not tied to main plot), but from that it seems Nami background isn't completely random.

Jinbe, like Brook, is one of the older members of the crew. There is a lot of his life we know little about.

Specifically, I think there’s one core fact about Fishman Island that I think could open the door for a second Jinbe flashback.

That being that it is one of the few places we can be certain that the burn scar man visited. After all, the missing road poneglyph, the one the burn scar man has, was once located in Fishman island.

Ultimately, like Oda is coupling Brook and Gunko’s past, I think he could similarly couple Jinbe and the burn scar man’s.

I wouldn't dislike that, but it lacks preparation at the moment. It's too thin imo

She and Nojiko being found in the middle of storm is not random, she having the natural ability of predict the weather is not random. And remembering Strong World is the only movie Oda working in, and Nami was the most important Strawhat.

At this point of story, it's nonsense to think Nami's backstory is random and comparing with fucking Chopper's lol
