Freelancers always get used like this.
Saturation of animators means more will be willing to work on a project to get credits (in hopes of landing better job next time).
There needs to be regulations about minimum wage, working hours, and such.
Maybe start with animators union (like writers strike in hollywood?).
Competition is good, but corporate world will always look to use freshers to get work done for pennies or on short notices.
That's why I hate corporate world.
