Gege told us what will happen. The plan will go well, Yuta and Yuji will have Sukuna on the backfoot and they almost get him....but then Sukuna gets his shrine back as Yuta's domain ends.
I am not sure about Yuta dying, but Rika probably will go.
Sukuna literally just got Kenny's bacckup plan last chapter. If Sukuna and Megumi separate rn, that's even more stupid shit. That would be basically defecating on Kenny's lifeless head lol.
Imagine if after Ace died Marco came to Luffy and said "yo, here's Ace's Imu Research Book. It may prove useful"
And then in the Imu fight Luffy comes in out of nowhere with a new power up.
